Professional Representation and Collaborative Initiatives

DiASL representatives actively contributed to national and regional professional initiatives during 2024–2025. The President participated as a speaker at sessions organized by the Nutrition Society of Sri Lanka (NSSL), sharing expertise and engaging in discussions on current nutrition and public health issues. In addition, the Vice President and Editor represented DiASL at the FRESH Intervention Co-design Consultation, contributing to collaborative efforts aimed at developing innovative and evidence-informed approaches to improving nutrition and health outcomes. These engagements reflect DiASL’s ongoing commitment to professional leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the advancement of nutrition practice.
